This typical 1990s house in Netwon Mearns was transformed at the rear and internally to create contemporary modern space providing the Client with bigger kitchen, open plan living and dining room.

Large aluminium bi-fold doors connect the new living area and newly fitted kitchen with the external patio and the garden.
